Hello friends!                                                 

I am Dimpal Singh. I practice Yoga and Meditation to lead a better life. I teach science of yoga, anatomy and yoga therapy to the students of yoga in a university in Ahmedabad. Yoga and meditation has brought lot of better things in my life and in the life of millions of other people. I feel good to share my experience of Yoga life with my students and other people around me. Many of them get motivated to adopt Yoga as a way of life after knowing it’s benefits. Yoga is not only about good health, its about general well being of the practitioners.

Health and happiness are key to a successful life. To achieve that goal, healthy eating is very important for every one. I have widely studied about nutrition and health and I try to follow good practice of healthy eating as well.
